Pecan Crusted Chicken

boneless skinless
chicken breasts
8 oz Dijon mustard
Breading
1
cup chopped pecans
1 cup roasted garlic
bread crumbs
½ tsp ground thyme
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Cavendar’s Seasoning to
taste
Sauce
One cup maple syrup
2 tblsp. Maple syrup
dash of thyme, garlic
powder, and Cavendar’s
Mix all breading
ingredients together and
set aside in bowl.
Rub Dijon mustard on all chicken breasts and cover
with bread crumbs one at
a time.
Bake in preheated oven
at 350 degrees until
done.
Mix sauce ingredients in
glass measuring cup and
microwave until hot.
Serve chicken with
sauce.
